Terms Of Service
Thank you very much for considering commissioning me! Here's everything you need to know!
By commissioning me you agree to the following terms:General info:- Be polite and respectful! I will not tolerate any rude/weird behaviour, and WILL cancel the commission and blacklist you!- Keep timezones in mind! I live in germany, depending on your timezone and our schedules there might be quite some delays inbetween answers, so let's not rush each other!- Payment ONLY through PayPal in EURO- Payment will be up front! Can be fully refunded if you're not satisfied with any sketch- I will send you an invoice for the payment, I will only start after I have recieved the payment- I have the right to decline your commission- I will provide regular updates, which will be: Rough Sketch - Clean Sketch - Lineart - Flatcolor - Finished artwork. Depending on the Artwork there might be more stages as well. During those updates you may ask for any changes. Major changes to the pose and proportions are only possible before the lineart/coloring stage- The commission should be done within a month and I will communicate any delays, should they occur- You can ask for specific deadlines, but if they are very tight, there will be an additional fee- You can request a full refund as long as i'm still in the sketching phase. If you want to cancel at a later point, we can negotiate a partial refundRequirements:- Clear reference images of the character you want drawn- an idea what the artwork should look like (pose, atmosphere, expressions etc.). Feel free to add references for poses or sketch out your idea! (doesn't matter if the sketch is "bad", it helps a ton!)Copyright Info:- I own all rights to the work. I am allowed to post the finished artwork to my socials, use it to promote myself etc. You can request not to have it posted on social media, but i may still post it to my portfolio- My commissions are for personal use ONLY. You may use them as profile pictures, banners, post them on social media with proper credit, print them our for yourself etc. but they may NOT be used for profit.- I will also send you versions without a watermark. DO NOT POST THESE VERSIONS ANYWHERE!! These versions are only for you (e.g phone backgrounds), please use the watermarked versions online.- Do NOT turn my artwork into NFTs or train AI with it!!!-These terms may change at any point without warning!
